Bottomless Brunch at Bisushima, London

We wanted to go to a brunch in London which had a bit of atmosphere/live music. After lots of research we discovered that Sintilate has started working with some gorgeous establishments to host a fun brunch.

We went for Bisushima which is a Japenese restaurant in Covent Garden at the top of Page8 Hotel and they have a set menu plus bottomless prosecco, rose or white wine. You can upgrade to SinShima cocktails but we didn’t opt for this.

The menu isn’t very big but actually I prefer that because usually this means the quality of the food is amazing and this certainly was the case here.

To start we shared a selection of appetisers and they were all delicious and served in such a lovely way.

For main I wanted to go for the Salmon but they had run out of their grilled salmon but let me have the Black Cod for no extra cost, Claire opted for the Sushi & Maki selection.

Both were simply incredible, I sampled some of the Sushi and it was amazing. I had never had Black Cod before and so glad I took a risk with it as it was delicious.

This was all washed down with prosecco which was very nice and the staff were very attentive at making sure your glass was always topped up.

I would definitely recommend visiting here as the atmosphere was great, there was a live DJ and also a violinist walked around playing too! Next we will need to visit another one of Sintilate’s brunches for sure, we are thinking Garden Rooftop which is at the top of the Assembly Hotel.
