We visited Ciscoe’s during our visit to Norwich! Upon arriving in Norwich it was the first place we headed and we are so glad we did as it was just divine!

Ciscoes is a Pan Asian & Sushi restaurant & creates and serves mouth watering dishes from all across the Far East. They also offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian meals as well.

Ciscoe’s is located in Ber Street, right in the city centre of Norwich (it was super easy to find) and very close to all of the shops! We parked in Sainsbury’s as we had some shopping to do but if you shop in John Lewis and spend more than £30 per head they will discount your parking money from your food bill!

To start we decided to order the mixed starters which was a taster plate of their chicken yakitori, fish satay, wasabi balls, twice pickled mooli and tempura vegetables served with a selection of sauces! We are super glad we ordered this to start as we wanted to try a selection of starters!

We had never heard or tried pickled mooli before, but it was actually really tasty! Annie really enjoyed it!

We especially enjoyed the chicken yakitori, especially when dipped in the satay sauce. The wasabi balls were also delicious and they reminded us of spicy mash potato (yum).

For main we enjoyed one of their freestyle platters as we wanted Ciscoe’s to choose as they are the experts after all! If you are Vegan then let your waiter know as they can make it 100% vegan!

The freestyle platter was SO impressive, it really was a piece of art! It was served on a wooden boat with around 16 pieces of sushi!

It was super filling, we couldn’t finish it all so they very kindly put it in a takeaway box for us so we could enjoy it over the weekend!

We would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area and want some delicious sushi!
