We recently visited Les Filles by LLS Cafe and had the most incredible meal! We found LLS Cafe on the Nutrifix app, they are a big fan of LLS Cafe and so are we! Becca the nutritionist at Nutrifix has quoted some of the health benefits of the dishes we chose which you can find throughout our post!

Les Filles was super cute and we fell in love with the place as soon as we entered! We got to sit at the window seat which in our eyes was the best seat in the house!

They also have LLS branches at Hampstead, Lancaster Gate & Waterloo. The Craven Terrance branch near waterloo has only recently opened! We went to the branch in Paddington and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We both opted for the waffles, but as Rach is a bit fussy she omitted the eggs and had hers with avocado and smoked salmon. Annie enjoyed the 2 poached eggs with hers and also added some smoked salmon as well!

If you’re looking for something savoury, the sweet potato waffles with eggs, avocado and smoked salmon is a great choice. Packed with protein, heart-healthy fats and carbohydrates making this a nutritionally balanced meal. This would be a great post-workout meal to replenish depleted stores and help to rebuild muscle fibers.

Another great option for savoury (which we both sampled) and if you’re looking for a veggie option is the halloumi with roasted veg with sourdough, this meal is packed with protein, fats, various vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre. This combination will satisfy you and keep you feeling full until your next meal. We loved the harissa sauce it came with it tasted oriental and had SO much flavour and definitely made the dish!

We both shared the pancakes after our savoury meal. If you’re after something sweet, the buckwheat pancakes will definitely satisfy you. With pancakes made using buckwheat flour, these are fibre-packed ensuring to keep you fuller for longer as well as contributing to good gut health. Topped with a delicious combination of coconut cream, homemade chia jam, fresh fruits and date syrup, providing sweetness as well as an array of vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants.

These pancakes are also gluten free and vegan friendly. You are given 3 pancakes and a very generous amount of toppings, the chia jam was incredible and we loved it! It also went really well with the coconut cream, we aren’t usually fans of coconut yoghurt but oh my the cream was yum and complimented the pancakes perfectly.

We also had this all washed down with a delicious coffee and juice/smoothie. There is such a good choice of drinks that we had to go for 2 each.

Rach went for the cappuccino which was served in the cutest mug & coaster and Annie and Americano, again served in a very photogenic cup!

Rach went for a juice and she prefers a juice to a smoothie, she went for ? This was incredibly refreshing and the addition of ginger was not too overpowering (which it often can be). Annie had a smoothie which was super thick and incredible, made with almond milk and lots of berries!

We had such a lovely afternoon and we honestly cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be returning soon and we are already so excited about it!
