Union Coffee Dough is a bakery located in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. It is run by Flavia and Gabriela (Fla & Gabi) who have known each other for over 15 years. They are passionate about the pleasure of serving customers with products they love to make. They put love into everything they do and this is so apparent after trying their delicious products.
Union Coffee & Dough was born from a desire to offer artisanal breads with a true home baked flavour. The breads and other delicious products are made to order, with 100% natural ingredients. They have always loved baking , and we decided to start their own online bakery in November 2020.
We were so excited when Fla and Gabi got in contact with us and asked us if we would like to try some of their products! Of course we said yes, we love freshly baked bread and sweat treats! We had a look on the website and honestly we were spoilt for choice, it took us a bit of time to decide what to pick!
Eventually Rach decided to go for the mini egg easter cookies, cinnamon buns & focaccia. Annie went for the hot cross bun loaf, chocolate brioche and the sourdough. When they arrived you could tell that they had been freshly baked.
They didn’t just look incredible they also tasted incredible as well! The sour dough bread and the focaccia was definitely our faves (if we had to pick)!
Union Coffee Dough deliver to WD4, HP1, HP2, HP3 and HP4. And, also offer collection for those who are outside our delivery area. So if you are local in Hemel Hempstead/ Hertfordshire get your orders in!
They are also going to be opening a coffee van on the canal selling coffee and freshly baked goods! We are so excited to visit!
