Chocolate Easter nests have got to be the easiest and simplest things to bake EVER! You need just 3 ingredients so they are super cheap and you will probably already have two of the ingredients in your cupboards already!
Ingredients
It is such a simple recipe you don’t actually need to weigh out the chocolate or the cornflakes! But if you want to follow what we did we used the below!
- 360g Milk Chocolate (we used Cadbury’s)
- Cornflakes or another cereal of your choice! We also like to use Rice Krispies and Shredded Wheat
- Mini Eggs or any kind of Easter treat we also used Galaxy eggs
Method
- Break the chocolate up and put it in a large heat proof mixing bowl
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water
- Once the chocolate has melted gradually pour the cornflakes and mix until covered
- Top with Mini Eggs
- Place in the fridge to set
