There are so many amazing places to visit in the UK, and we have been so lucky to have stayed in some beautiful places this year. This has lent itself to the perfect blogpost and ideas for you to take a loved one or a friend on a trip away in the UK.
London

Longleat
For the animal lover you could go to Longleat Safari and stay at The Bath Arms Country Pub. It is the cutest pub and serves delish food! Oh and there are so many beaut walks just on your door step as well!
Bath
Bath is one of our favourite places to visit in the UK, it’s so pretty and there is so much to do. If you are in need of a pamper you can visit the spa’s or you could enjoy some fancy afternoon tea or an amazing Michilin Starred Meal too just like we did!
We have stayed in 2 places recently in Bath and both were amazing; The Bird & Dukes Hotel. We would highly recommend these hotels they are both super cute and central!
Essex
Maison Talbooth is located in Dedham around 29 minutes from Colchester and has been one of our highlights this year If you are wanting something super fancy then this is your place! It is such a beautiful hotel in the middle of the countryside.
Chill out in the outside hot tub and if it’s warm enough take a dip in the pool, whilst enjoying a beverage from the honesty bar! We also had a super relaxing massage at the hotel before dressing up and going out for probably the best steak we have EVER eaten!
The restaurant Le Talbooth Is located just a short drive from the hotel and they pick you up and drop you off both ways so you can have a drink!
Cotswolds
Woodstock is located in the Cotswolds and it is a beautiful little village with so much to offer! We were lucky and stayed at The Feathers , which was a cute hotel with so much character!
We highly recommend the food at The Feathers as it was SO delicious! Oh and if you fancy a gin then you should definitely head to their gin bar!
New Forest
The New Forest is another place perfect for animal lovers as there are beautiful wild ponies and also wild pigs too. We stayed in a super cute Air Bnb in the village of Brook, but wherever you stay would be gorgeous, just make sure you are in walking distance of a pub!!
There are so many beautiful places to visit in the UK! Weather you want a city break of a visit to the countryside there is so much to choose from. We absolutely love getting in the car or jumping on the train and visiting new places!
