White Heron grow their raspberries in the fields of Herefordshire and they believe it is perfectly captured in this liqueur. They like to describe their framboise as ‘light and zesty yet crammed with fruity notes’ and we definitely agree!
Enjoy the framboise on its own over crushed ice or it also makes an excellent addition to cocktails… just like the one we have created!

Ingredients
- White Heron British Framboise
- Gin
- Tonic water
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Method
It really is super straight forward to make!
- Pour in 1 measure of White Heron British Framboise into each glass
- Add 1 measure of gin
- 1tsp lemon juice
- Top with tonic water
- Add ice (we like crushed ice)
- Give it a stir your your straw and enjoy!!
