Wellness Gifting this Christmas

This year has been a strange one and people’s mental health and well being may not be the best so gifts to make people feel better could be the perfect gift for Christmas 2020.

We love receiving gifts that lift our spirits and help us to relax especially as life can be a little stressful at times!

On-Running Hiking Boots

So many people have started going out on walks during covid-19 which is so great to see! So if you know anyone that is really enjoying walking then the On Hiking boots are a must buy!

We love them so much and we have a post all about them which you can find here.

Aroma Essential Oil Diffuser

Oil diffusers freshen up the air that you breathe, keep you skin moist and healthy and make the entire room smell incredible- sounds divine!

Our Essential oil humidifier has an LED and misting effect which adds to the ambience! This would be perfect for a meditation or yoga room as it increases calmness and decreases stress- something we could all use a bit of at the moment!

You can purchase essential oils online but Rach also spotted some in Sainsbury’s which all smell incredible and are very affordable!

Tea +

The cutest little present for a tea lover! Annie recently sent a box to her sister as she started working as a nurse for the first time. She opted for the energy tea, as we know lots of energy is required for that job – bravo to Annie’s sister!

Hapi Bottles

Now more than ever it is so important that we are all drinking enough water to ensure that we remain hydrated and maintain the balance of bodily fluids!

We love our Hapi water bottles they are brightly coloured and immediately put us in a good mood! Although we are still working from home we like to keep our water bottle near us at all times to grab in between meetings as it keeps our water nice and cold!

Foreo Luna 2

We had our eye on the Foreo Luna for quite some time! It seemed at one point that everyone on Instagram was raving about a Foreo Luna and just how great it is.

We didn’t know the price of a Foreo until we looked it up online and saw they ranged between £99 and £169- so not cheap but if you are going to use it every day then it would be the perfect present for anyone that loves to look after their skin. The Luna 2 is a gentle 2 minute cycle that gently exfoliates dead skin cells, unclogs pores and removes up to 99.5% of dirt and oil!

Wahl deep tissue massager

Rach’s boyfriend had this on his Christmas list as his coach uses a deep tissue massager on him at football training. He said it helped so much that he wanted on to use at home. Weirdly the same week we were asked by Wahl if we wanted to try one out each!

My boyfriend loves it, so its a perfect gift for a sport lover boyfriend, brother or dad! Or just anyone that enjoys exercising. I love it because it feels like I are getting a massage which I have missed out on due to Covid. I make my boyfriend massage me and it does my muscles wonders. I especially find it beneficial on my back which needs lots of TLC from sitting at a desk all day!

I (Annie) have really upped my running over the past 6 months and moved to the countryside so have been going on lots of trail runs! This Wahl cordless massages has worked its magic on muscles that I was not previously using!

VitaSkin

VitaSkin is a Holland and Barrett skin care range that we are absolutely loving! We were very kindly sent some of their products to try and we have fallen in love with how incredible they are.

VitaSkin is 99% natural and 100% vegan and it is packed with high-quality vitamin C and vitamin A! It nourishes you’re skin from the outside, in. We are using the Illuminating Oil, Cleansing Balm, Glow Day Cream and Boosting Night cream every day and we have really noticed a difference in our skin.

The packaging is stunning as well and a lots of the products come in glass containers! Check them out now- we have seen on the website that they have reduced the prices of all the products!

*disclaimer that some of the items mentioned in this guide were kindly sent as PR products*
