Cute places to visit for a Christmas catch-up

Christmas is the best time of year to have a catch up, and you can basically get away with drinking alcohol any day of the week (and any time of the day really especially if mulled wine is involved!)

We have pulled together a list of places you may want to visit this festive season, from an evening drink to afternoon tea and brunch – we have covered it all!

Gingerbread Chalet at The Gun

We were invited to the launch party of the Gingerbread Chalet and absolutely loved it! It is located in Spitalfields so the perfect place for an after work drink if you work in the city!

The food also looked sooo delicious (Annie has actually booked to go with work!) and cannot wait! If you fancy a roast then this also looks like it could be the place for you!

Sourced Market

Fancy some cheese boards, meat boards and a delicious glass of wine, then Sourced Market is your place! Located just a 5 minute walk from Selfridges and Bond Street it is the perfect place to rest your legs!

It is also a great place to stop if you are looking for a coffee and some lunch (the sausage rolls and freshly made salads are delish!) Cut down St Christopher’s place just off of Bond Street and you will find Sourced Market!

Searchys Kings Cross

Kings Cross St Pancras Station looks so festive and Searchy’s is the perfect place for a glass of champagne, especially if you have to catch a train from there (oh we wish we were off to Paris for Christmas again!)

Mews of Mayfair

Annie visited here for mulled wine a couple of christmases a go and it was just so so cute! I mean it was rather pricey but it certainly got me in the Christmas spirit! So if you are in the area it is definitely worth a visit for a festive beverage!

Rach has sampled their bottomless brunch and it was delicious as well. There is something for everyone here, and tucked away down a cute little street feels super festive!!

John Lewis Oxford Street, Roof Terrace

We love visiting here and have visited for a couple of years now at Christmas time for a festive drink. This year the theme is Winter Carnival which sounds so cool! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford street then head up to the Roof Terrace!

The Bloomsbury Hotel

Both The Coral Room and Dalloway Terrace are located in the Bloomsbury Hotel! We absolutely love The Coral room for a drink, it is super cosy inside and makes you feel super festive all year round really!

Dalloway Terrace always decorate the restaurant whatever the season so if you are looking for a Christmas back drop then Dalloway Terrace is your place! They serve a delicious brunch and also afternoon tea!

Southbank Rekorderlig Cider Lodge

We love it here, and try to go every year, the lodge is sooo Christmassy, plus we love cider so its ideal!
Try to get here early as it gets pretty busy real quick! It is also next to the Southbank Market so make sure you visit here too!!
