There are so many fantastic destinations to choose from we always struggle to decide where we want to go (our places we want to visit just keeps getting longer and longer). We like to visit places that aren’t super popular and touristy!
The difference between London and Paris isn’t too different (if you think about it)! There are so many destinations take Botswana, for example that are unique and totally different to the usual city break!
The Southern Africa country looks like it has plenty to offer and will be sure to provide something that nowhere else can. We decided to take a look at Botswana and found so many reasons as to why this has been added to our travel bucket list!
Sights to see
There are sights to see in Botswana and a lot of wildlife, including hippos, elephants, cheetahs, wild dogs, antelope, and many others, including hundreds of different types of bird- sounds incredible!
The Fine Weather
We love to travel to warm countries and Botswana has an enviable year-round climate which ensures that there will be sunshine! Even in the winter months although we have heard it gets a bit chilly at night! During the summer months, you might just find there is a brief torrential downpour in the afternoon!
It can be straightforward
One of the reasons why so many people decide to play things safe and visit the same types of destinations is because, well, isn’t there something complicated about visiting countries like Botswana? It’s an understandable view since this isn’t a corner of the world with masses of tourists (this is, of course, part of the country’s charm). And in fact, countries like Botswana are not difficult to visit, not at all, in fact.
