We absolutely love having our hair done so were delighted to be invited to Figaro for a blow dry and decided to go before our friends baby shower.
The whole experience was amazing and we were made to feel like princesses, from having our hair washed with the addition of a hair mask to the care and attention taken with our curly blow dries.
The salon is located on Lever Street super close to Old Street station and is the ideal location if you are staying in Shoreditch/The City! We walked there and it was super easy to find!
Upon arrival the receptionist offered us a cup of coffee so of course we took her up on the offer! It was delicious!

Rach’s stylist used the pin curl technique as her hair doesn’t hold curls very well, which then had a couple of curls added using the tongs.
Annie’s stylist used straighteners to achieve the perfect curl! Before curling with straightens she gave Annie a curly blow dry as this made it easier when curling with straighteners!
Of course we had to have a little photo shoot outside of the shop! The stylists even got involved!

They also have a great sound system in the store and it felt like we were in Ibiza! They have an IPad that you can watch the music videos on or there is an app where you can choose a magazine to read which we thought was pretty cool (as we all know magazines in hairdressers are usually out of date!)
If you work in the city or close to Shoreditch then we would definitely recommend a visit! It is a simple small salon that offers great customer service and does your hair wonderfully!
