Ingredients
3-4 spring onions, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
small knob of ginger, chopped
1 can of coconut milk
Veg stock cube
Oyster sauce
Mange tout or sugar snap peas
Itsu vegetable gyozas (5 per person)
Method
In a deep saucepan fry spring onions, pepper and ginger.
Once soft add a tin of coconut milk, 200ml vegetable stock and a splash of oyster sauce.
Add the mange tout/sugar snap peas, (if you don’t like them al-dente that cook them prior separately in water).
Add your vegetable gyozas and cook for 3 mins.
Serve with prawn crackers.
