The Hidden Sea
Wow, we love this wine and the sauvignon blanc was delicious, we couldn’t recommend it enough! The rose was also great, and delicious with a couple of ice cubes and we couldn’t fault the red either.

These wines are from Australia, and are in the top 20 family owned wine companies in Australia with over 40 wine styles. We sampled a couple of their wines and all were delicious.
The Unexpected Red – you can purchase is this in the coop and it was very smooth, perfect with a roast dinner or by the fire.
Signature Shiraz – you can never go wrong with a shiraz, and this was another great wine. The bottle looks great as well, so would make the perfect gift.
Signature Chardonnay – if you enjoy white wine then you will love this too!
SPIRITS
Deerness Distillery
We were kindly gifted a vodka and a gin, from their self-built distillery in the beautiful Orkney Islands:
Into the Wild Vodka – wow this vodka is incredible and so far we have used it to make espresso martini’s and pornstar martinis. The vodka is such high quality that you can hardly taste it in these cocktails. We actually did a taste test and made one espresso martini with Into the Wild vodka and one with supermarket vodka and the different was incredible and Into the Wild was the clear favourite!
Sea Glass Gin – We LOVE a gin a tonic and this gin was delicious. Served with cold tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of lemon, and maybe some blueberries if you have them.
CIDER
Cranes Cider
Nothing beats a cold glass of cider, especially in the summer. However for a cider lover this can be enjoyed all year round. Even better this gift box is the perfect gift for that cider lover, and very reasonably priced at £12.00 and comes with a lovely glass as well.
CANS
Berczy
We have worked with Berczy for a while now and love their seltzers, especially their Lemon & Lime and Peach & Raspberry flavours. For Christmas however, they have brought out a limited edition flavour of Winter Cola which is a must for the festive season. These drinks are canned so they are great to bring on the go or to a party.
NON-ALCOHOLIC
ANON
We LOVE ANON, and they are just getting started…. watch this space! Their Bittersweet Aperitif is our favourite and reminds us of summer. ANON is the perfect drink for anyone who doesn’t drink alcohol or your pregnant friend. It is also great for people trying to reduce their alcohol intake as ANON also says you don’t have to fully cut out alcohol but their drinks are a great way of reducing your intake, try the Bittersweet with soda and prosecco with a low alcohol version of an aperol spritz.
Mary
These are low alcohol botanical spirits made with garden herbs. This. would make a great gift for a garden or nature lover this Christmas. The suggested way to drink this is, 1 part Mary, 2 parts tonic, plenty of ice and your favourite garnish – simple!
