Oh my, our first restaurant/cafe visit since February and oh my it was worth it! We have missed visiting restaurants so so much so it was good to kick it off with a bang!
Fruity Fresh is fresh supermarket located in Northwood (they also have a store in Wembley). It also has a cute juice bar on the side. The food hall has so many amazing fruits and vegetables that are of a premium quality. Everyone was being super cautious as well, following government guidelines of wearing a mask and also following a one way sign around the store!
The juice bar doesn’t just serve delicious and fresh juices and coffee but also Indian inspired food too and a wide selection of toasties! Currently you are not able to sit inside and enjoy your lunch but they have got tables outside which is perfect!
We were recommended the Bombay Sandwich (Bombay Club), and it was amazing. It had 3 layers filled with so much flavour! This sandwich was toasted, and you can also add extras if you wish such as avocado.
We also opted for a salad which was a chick pea chaat! This was so delicious it had pomegranate seeds in it, yoghurt and was just bursting with flavour!
We also had some masala chips, which were super yum, they were cooked perfectly and had a green sauce on top that was delicious!
The juice and smoothie menu was incredible and we struggled to know which one to have! As they all sounded so delicious! Annie opted for a watermelon & strawberry juice, and Rach went for ‘Heaven’ which was pineapple, apple, pear & lime and so refreshing!
We also had a walk around the supermarket and we loved how fresh all the produce looked! You could select the products you wanted to purchase and put them in a bag yourself, nothing was pre packaged apart from things that come in punnets!
We highly recommend visiting Fruity Fresh for either a delicious lunch or to do you weekly fruit and veg shop! We have already been back and got some of their delicious watermelon!
