Treating yourself from time to time is so important! We always find ourselves treating other people and forgetting about ourselves! Don’t feel guilty for going to get your nails done or having a facial because do you know what, you probably deserve it!

When you’ve done something well, getting yourself a treat can be a great reward. And if you are someone who has the love language of gifts, then it will be something that will be the best way to show yourself, or others, that you’ve done well and you’re feeling proud of yourself. But what are the best things to treat yourself too?

We have decided to put together a list of things that you might want to do to treat yourself! Maybe you have got a birthday coming up (we do hehe) or you just have a free afternoon that you want to spend on self care!

Dressing Gown/ Bathrobe: is there much better than getting home after work and getting in your comfies and your bathrobe/ dressing gown? Luxury personalised bathrobes are such a treat and are a great option as a gift to yourself or as a gift for someone else. You could even choose one that is thick and fluffy, we both have one of these and they are dreamy!

Afternoon tea: if you want to have a nice treat and food is the way to your heart, then treating yourself (and another) to an afternoon tea can be a delicious and lovely thing to do. Getting dressed up and taking yourself out for tea and tiny cakes and maybe a glass of Prosecco is a great way to treat yourself!

Bath: If you are like us then you will probably find that you don’t always find time for a Bath! We love having a bath though and usually on a Sunday evening we will run ourselves a hot bath with bubble baths and just chill out! Relax with a book and a candle and you have you Sunday evening sorted.

Hair and beauty: recently we have been having a manicure once a month and honestly it is the best decision we ever made! booking yourself an appointment for your nails or for your hair to be done is such a treat. If you’re short on time, money then you could easily do it at home with your own nail kit!

Binge-watching session: we are obsessed with Netflix and alway get so invested in series on Netflix! So why not start a new series on Netflix trust us it can be an ideal way to relax. At the end of the day, being relaxed can be a good way to treat yourself, as it can be so rare in the busy lives that we lead.

Show or concert tickets: we all need things to look forward to, it is nice to be able to have something in the diary to look forward to. That is why booking in something like a show, a movie, or a concert can be a great idea. Not only is it fun to look into what you could book, but it leaves you with something exciting to look forward to.

Walking: we also love putting on our hiking boots and going outside for a walk! You honestly cannot beat getting outside in the fresh air! It does great things for your mental health and plus it’s totally free!
