Why we want to do more yoga

We have only recently discovered yoga to be honest, despite many people encouraging us to try it. We have now dabbled a little bit and have been to a couple of classes, and it’s safe to say we have been missing out!

With the stressful busy life and of course that chaotic season known as Christmas coming up we want to start doing more and more yoga. There are so many classes around London that we will have to give a go helping us to feel zen!

My mum (Annie) does yoga all the time and absolutely loves it. She always says it’s down to the teacher and the atmosphere!

We did actually attend a yoga festival in the summer as well and we were gifted an amazing yoga mat that we have got to put to good use!

Here are some reasons below as to why yoga is beneficial:
– yoga perfects your posture
– yoga improves your flexibility
– yoga drops your blood pressure
– yoga helps you focus
– yoga improves your balance
– yoga gives you peace of mind
– yoga decreases stress
– yoga promotes better sleep quality
