This is the quickest smoothie to make and my all time favourite smoothie to make! Since the weather has been getting warmer I have been reaching for this smoothie more and more post run for my breakfast!
Ingredients & Method
- 1 banana (use a frozen one if you want it super thick)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- Milk of your choice I have been using coconut milk
- Handful of ice
There isn’t really much of a method as you just put all the ingredients into a blender (I use a Nutri bullet) and blend until all the ingredients are combined! I would recommend putting the protein powder in after the liquid so it doesn’t get stuck on the sides of the blender!
