Ladies who brunch in igloos

When we saw these igloos at Coppa Club advertised on Facebook we just had to go, and decided the best time to go would be brunch. You cannot beat a brunch on the weekend, and even better a boozy one! There are 4 Coppa Clubs in London, but the one at Tower Bridge has the igloos, and they are only around till February, so grab one quick!

If you want an igloo unfortunately you cannot book in advance now, so its first come first serve. We were told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. We waited in the bar with a hot chocolate and a tea, and then 40 minutes later were called to be seated – how ideal!

The igloos are so cool, some have one large table in them which sat sit around 8 people. Others have around 3 smaller tables in them with each table sitting 2-3 people. The igloos have ivy growing above them and also cute little fairy lights. They are also surpassingly warm, I guess as they are like little greenhouses so retain the heat. They also have a small heater in them and a speaker system. The igloos look over The Thames and you have perfect views of Tower Bridge and The Shard.

We decided to have the full english (the works skillet breakfast £9.45) accompanied with an elderflower & passionfruit spirtz. The breakfast was delicious with the highlight being the sausage! We couldn’t stop raving about it!!  The cocktail was also very tasty, but anything with elderflower and passionfruit is always a clear winner.

We then decided to be extra naughty and share the pancake stack, which was the best decision ever. The pancakes were super fluffy and served with maple syrup and bacon, the perfect end to the brunch. We even enjoyed another drink, perfect time for a mimosa.

We would throughly recommend Coppa Club for brunch, however the menu looks delicious and a couple in our igloo had the burgers which looked and smelt divine. We would love to return in the evening, when the igloos are all lit up, we can imagine it would all look pretty and also nice and romantic. Also we cannot mention the staff, and in particular our waitress – wish we had asked her name. She was so lovely and chatty and very attentive. It was also so relaxed and we never felt rushed to leave, we spend 3 hours in our little igloo!

Where would you suggest we go next for brunch?
